ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2024 in accordance with law within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that after receiving 100 Call on 04.09.2024, they have registered CSR.No. 801 of 2024 and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed, that subsequently, the petitioner gave representation before the fourth respondent and it is pending and that though the petitioner was directed to appear before the fourth respondent, he did not turn up. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the fourth respondent.

4.Considering the above, the fourth respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner and the petitioner is directed to appear before the fourth respondent and produce CCTV footages and on such receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to take a decision, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
