2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner claims that he is entitled to Rs.15,030/- towards the wages out of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Assurance Scheme. Even though he issued a legal notice dated 26.04.2019 and representations dated 27.05.2019 and 10.10.2019, sofar, they have not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he has come before this Court by way of this writ petition. 4.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.10.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
