ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff seeking expeditious disposal of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.172 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Padmanabhapuram.

2.Perusal of the B-Diary extract would indicate that from 08.10.2021, the matter is being adjourned for enquiry. The application in question is one seeking attachment of the property of the respondent before judgment.

3.Considering the above, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed, directing the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram, to dispose of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.172 of 2020 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
