PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioners nanja land situated in Survey No.226/4A, comprising Patta No.4114, Keela Kavinipatti, Shenbgampettai Revenue Group, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner's application dated 25.04.2023. 2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submits that based on the application of this petitioner, survey was scheduled on 10.08.2023. However, it was not completed in view of the objections raised by the adjacent land owners. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Survey Officer to conduct an enquiry under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners consider their objections and conclude the process within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
