The petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 31.12.2015, issued by the second respondent, in this writ petition.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the impugned transfer order has been withdrawn. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
