This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent to file a final report in the case in Cr.No.26 of 2020 on the file of the second Respondent Police as expeditiously as possible within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.When the learned Counsel for the Petitioners is about to proceed with the argument, the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents submitted that investigation had been completed and final report laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, and the learned Judicial Magistrate taken cognizance and numbered as C.C.No.684 of 2022.
