ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation and direct the 1st respondent to survey the land and fix the boundaries and report the same to the petitioner.

2. Considering the fact that structures have been put up and there are serious objections to survey and demarcation, orders cannot be passed by this Court directing the respondents to conduct survey. It is open to the petitioner to approach appropriate Civil Court.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.10.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes gbg To 1.The Tahsildar, Mudukalathur, Ramanathapuram District.
