Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned Letter of the respondent in No.A5/2453/2003 dated 23.10.2018 and quash paragraph(2), regarding fixation of amount Rs.90,79,750/- for the Public Purpose Site No.I (Code No.RMD-46) at Pattinakathan Scheme, as unreasonable, unjustifiable and illegal, consequently direct the respondent to re-fix the payable amount pertaining to the Public Purpose Site No-I (Code No.RMD-46) at Pattinakathan Scheme.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23.10.2018.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready and willing to comply the order passed by the respondent.

3. It is made clear that the said order was passed on 23.10.2018, therefore, the petitioner is liable to pay interest as accrued for the amount claimed by the respondent.
