O R D E R

The petitioner, a retired Archagar of Arulmigu Venkatachalapathy Thirukovil, Sattur has filed this writ petition, seeking a mandamus, to direct the third respondent temple to send necessary proposal for his eligible EPF amount by considering his representation, dated 16.06.2022.

2.Today(19.11.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent temple submits that the petitioner has to sign in the prescribed application for getting his EPF amount. In the event, if the petitioner signs the document, the same would be forwarded to the EPF authority without any further delay.

3.Recording the submission made on behalf of the third respondent, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the third respondent on 25.11.2024 at 10.30 a.m without fail. In such event, the third respondent shall obtain his signature in the prescribed format and shall forward the same to the EPF authority, without any further delay within a period of one week from thereon. No costs.
