This matter earlier came up for consideration on 05.03.2025. As there was no representation for the petitioner, this Court passed the following docket order:

"When this matter earlier came up for consideration on 26.02.2025, as there was no representation, the same was directed to be listed 'for dismissal'. However, immediately thereafter, learned counsel for the petitioner requested not to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. In view of the same, the matter was directed to be listed today. Today, in spite of the matte being called twice, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Hence, list the matter on 12.03.2025 'for dismissal'.

2. Accordingly, the matter is listed today (12.03.2025) before this Court under the caption 'for dismissal'. In spite of the matter being listed

under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner either during pre-lunch session or in the post-lunch session. In such circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
