ORDER

This petition is filed by the plaintiff seeking speedy disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.203 of 2020.

2.The court below had endorsed that notice had not been served on 2nd respondent, who has left India. 1st respondent has been represented by counsel. Thereafter, there is no endorsement as to what had happened about the notice issued to the 2nd respondent. The matter is being adjourned for the counter from 29.06.2021. In case, the 2nd respondent has been served, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pandamanabhapuram, shall ensure that I.A.No.1 of 2021 is disposed of within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, service is incomplete, the Court shall permit the petitioner to take steps as required to serve the 2nd respondent and after service on the 2nd respondent, the learned Judge shall proceed to dispose of the interlocutory application within a month thereafter.

3.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
