Respondents Prayer : This petitioner is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the impugned order in e.f.vz;.98/fh.J.f.jp.e.c/jpz;L /2018> dated 24.12.2018 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal, consequently to direct the Respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct public meeting Begampur Kaithe Millath Thidal which is near to the Begampur post office on 29.12.2018 or any other earlier date by considering petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the impugned order in e.f.vz;.98/fh.J.f.jp.e.c/jpz;L /2018> dated 24.12.2018 on the file of the second Respondent and quash the same as illegal, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.25562 of 2019 consequently to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct public meeting Begampur Kaithe Millath Thidal which is near to the Begampur post office on 29.12.2018 or any other earlier date by considering petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen that the request, for conducting public committee meeting on 29.12.2018, now, the period has been lapsed and hence due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infrcutuous. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infrcutuous. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek permission in future dates.
