The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents herein to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.407 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.
