The petitioner challenges an order dated 15.09.2015 and prays for grant of patta in his name in respect of Survey Nos.470/3 and 470/4 at Kookal Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 has placed before me patta No.2850, which has been granted to Thamarai, wife of the petitioner in respect of Survey Nos.470/3 and 470/4. Consequently, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

3. By recording the same, W.P.(MD)No.19828 of 2016 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
