O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members continuously without following due process of law and to release his two wheeler (TVS XL) and Nokia and Samsung Mobile phones.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the vehicle was parked in the public place and abandoned and therefore, the third respondent has seized the vehicle and initiated proceedings under Section 102 Cr.P.C. which is under progress.

4. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to produce the documents to prove his ownership of the said vehicle and phones, before the third respondent. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is also directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
