This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the fourth respondent from carrying out the work contained in the permission order dated 19.09.2016 made in Na.Ka.No.1530/2015/A3, by the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the work has been completed in the year 2016 itself.

4. Since there is no representation for the petitioner and considering the fact that the work has been completed in the year 2016, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
