These civil revision petitions are filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 03.12.2015 in I.A.Nos.540 and 541 of 2018 in O.S.No.361 of 2013 passed by the learned Additional District Munsif, Tuticorin. 2.When these petitions have been taken up for hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the suit itself is dismissed and hence these petitions have become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, these civil revision petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
