This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the third respondent to take action under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. against the respondent Nos.5 to 13.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has already registered FIR in Crime No.199 of 2015 as against the counter parties. Now the prayer sought for in this petition seeking direction to direct the third respondent to take action under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. against the respondent Nos.5 to 13. Since the FIR has been registered in the year 2015 and the period which is provided under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. is also lapsed. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
