Fourth respondent has duly entered appearance through a counsel and the name of the fourth respondent is shown in the cause list but there is no representation.
2. Be that as it may, this Court is informed by learned counsel for writ petitioner and Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu Wakf Board that the grievance of the petitioner has since been addressed and the matter has been given quietus.
3. Recording the stated position, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed. Though obvious it is clear that this Court has not expressed any view or opinion on the merits of the matter in this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
