ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent/State Information Commission for expeditious disposal of three second appeals presented by the writ petitioner on 12.05.2015.

2. According to the learned standing counsel for the first respondent, S.A.No.6831 of 2015 has been disposed of on 15.03.2016 and another S.A.6790 of 2015 has been disposed of on 02.03.2016. The third second appeal has been returned by the first respondent/Commission on 12.11.2015 under Memo No.MP 7679/D/2015.

3. In view of the above said submissions, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to represent the appeal that was returned by the first respondent/Commission.

4. With the above said liberty, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
