Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Impugned Charge Memo, dated 02.09.2008 issued by the second respondent in his Charge Memo No.F1/37308/2008 and the Proceedings No.F1/18075/2007, dated 24.10.2011 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to pay all backwages for the period from 02.04.2007 to 31.07.2011 and notional promotion and other benefits, retirement benefits and pension arrears and continue to pay pension.
