This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.291 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the the second respondent/de facto complainant, the first respondent police has registered the case in Crime No.291 of 2018 and completed the investigation on 11.01.2019 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District on 21.11.2019 and it is pending for taking cognizance.
