ORDER: This Revision Petition listed today under the caption 'for extension of time', upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Hon'ble Court dated 02/12/2022 made in CRP(MD)2219 of 2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge(FAC), Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, in D.No.13, dated 04/01/2024, this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.248 of 2017. 1/3

2. By the order dated 02.12.2022, this Court directed the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy, to conclude the case in H.M.O.P.No.248 of 2017, pending on his file, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judge, seeks further time to complete the trial process. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted. The learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
