This petition is filed seeking quashment of S.T.C.No.2354 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Periyakulam, Theni District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the matter was settled before the Trial Court and the complaint has been withdrawn, before the Trial Court, on 23.10.2019. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
