ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation was completed and a police report was also filed on 28.11.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi as against four named accused persons. Since the name of the 5th accused person, which was mentioned in the First Information Report, was dropped in the police report, notice was served on the de-facto complainant and the matter is now pending in Crl.M.P.No.1947 of 2024.
