ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14727 of 2022, dated 21.03.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, through E-filing No.LTN20220002104C 202400206

3. Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi to act upon the final report filed by the respondent Police in Crime No.14 of 2008 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
