This petition is filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and to take appropriate actions against the respondent Nos.3 and 4. 2.The petitioner seeks police protection to him and to take appropriate actions against the respondent Nos.3 & 4 through his complaint dated 06.09.2015. Now, almost 5 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
