ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that there was dispute between the husband and wife and so far no case has been registered against the petitioner. 3.Since, no case is registered against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioner finds any trouble during the course of enquiry, he can move application for bail at appropriate time and work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.The respondent police is directed to resolve the issue through proper conciliation process, since the matrimonial dispute is pending between the parties.
