PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct the survey as per Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and to fix boundaries in respect of entire land comprised in survey number 681/8 situated at Seeppalakottai Village, Uthamapalayam Talluk, Theni District and direct the respondent no.4 to give adequate police protection while demarcation, by considering the writ petitioner's application dated 26.06.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the application of the petitioner is under consideration and it would be considered on seniority basis. 2/5

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Survey Officer to complete the survey as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
