PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.394 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused Rank Not Known, who was arrested on 26.10.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC altered into Section 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 302, 506(ii), 427 and 120(b) and 427 of IPC, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The earlier bail petition by the petitioner herein, before this Court was dismissed on 14.12.2021 on the ground that this petitioner is alleged to have keeping a watch when the murder was taken place inside the cattle shed. Now the case of the petitioner is that, the co-accused namely, A6, A7 and A8 who were similarly placed, have been granted bail the Court below. 3.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner was standing outside of the cattle shed when the murder happened, along with the other accused. No previous case has been filed against the petitioner and the petitioner is having no previous motive with the deceased.
4.Considering the change of circumstances and the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions.

CRL OP(MD). No.20870 of 2021 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 04/01/2022 / TRUE COPY / 04/01/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
