2.This writ petition has been filed in the nature of writ of mandamus. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act had already been passed against the writ petitioner on 01.08.2025. Copy of the said order has also been served on the petitioner. The remedy open to the petitioner is to challenge the same under Section 10 of the Act. Granting the above said liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
