When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the interlocutory application in I.A.No.151 of 2019 was filed challenging the ex-parte order dated 01.10.2018 passed in the suit. gk petitioner is now intending to file an application challenging the ex-parte decree dated 07.01.2019, passed by the trial Court in the suit. Therefore, he sought permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to challenge the ex-parte decree dated 07.01.2019, in the manner known to law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement so made, this revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the exparte decree dated 07.01.2019, in accordance with law and if so advised.
