ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent herein to investigate the case in Cr.No.136 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a time frame. 2.It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR in Cr.No.136 of 2024 came to be registered on 20.03.2024 for the offence under Sections 420, 294(b), 323 and 506(1) IPC.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is pending and seeks two months to file the final report.

4.Recording the same, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
