(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The petitioner challenges the impugned order dated 04.12.2018 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Karur.
2. The petitioner is said to be in occupation of Survey No.1713/3. A mere look at the revenue records would reveal that it has been classified as a 40 feet road. Occupation of road portion is impermissible. We therefore do not find any ground to interfere with the order impugned in this writ petition.
