This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet (H.S.No.506 /99) maintained in the Rajapalayam North Police Station, Rajapalayam DSP Sub-Division, Virudhunagar District.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that even till today the name of the petitioner has maintained in the History Sheet on the file of the third respondent. Therefore, the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2016 cannot be considered.

W.P.(MD)No.20144 of 2016 3.With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the concerned authority and on receiving the same the second respondent is directed to pass orders on merits in accordance with law. No costs.
