This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned proceedings issued by the fourth respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.2040/A2/2023, dated 31.07.2023 and further direct the fourth respondent herein to retain the seventh respondent in the sixth respondent school till the end of the academic year 2023-2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous and the interim stay granted by this Court earlier shall stand vacated. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 10.09.2025 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no TSG 3/5
