ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Prabu, C.S.R.No.586 of 2023 is pending. On false promise to secure jobs for the victims, the petitioner collected Rs.4,00,000/- from various persons. Thereafter, neither refund the amount nor secured the job.

3.Considering the above said allegation, let the petitioner appear before the respondent police. The respondent police shall complete the enquiry within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order by summoning the petitioner as well as the victim persons. Depending upon the enquiry, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
