ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order issued to the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.8083/RV-2/2016 dated 08.09.2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the suspension order issued to the petitioner has been revoked.

3. In view of the above, the issue involved in the writ petition has become infructuous and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
