Praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection for life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2021 preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law. ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, upon perusing the Letter received from the Principal District Munsif, Tenkasi in D.No.279/2022, which was forwarded by the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli in D.No.A1/6528/2022 dated 05.05.2022, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.S.No.130 of 2013.

2. This Court, by order, dated 24.01.2022 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.S. No.130 of 2013 on 07.03.2022. Now the Court below seeks some more time to dispose of the said case.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.S.No.130 of 2013 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
