ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order issued to the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.C1/5076/2015 dated 24.03.2015.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the suspension order issued to the petitioner has been revoked on 25.01.2008 on certain conditions.

3. In view of the above, the issue involved in the writ petition has become infructuous and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
