By asserting that land in Survey No.189 admeasuring about 8 acres in Vilpatti Village has been in possession of the petitioner's father and thereafter in the petitioner's possession, the present writ petition has 1/4

been filed seeking a patta in respect thereof.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the land is situated in a hilly area and admeasures eight acres. Without prejudice, he states that the request would be considered and disposed of on merits.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2025 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
