ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the pole erected in the petitioner's property in S.Nos. 523/1B2 and 523/9B in Patta No.15737 at Punnampalayam, Mannachanallur village, Trichy District.

2.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 is present before this Court. It is informed that the petitioner has died during the pendency of the present writ petition. It is further submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has also sold the land to a third party and no objection has been raised by the third party. 3.Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the third party purchaser to initiate appropriate proceedings.
