PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Thanjavur, to consider the bail application of the Petitioner on the same day of its presentation on merits and in accordance with law with respect to Cr.No.640 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Thiruvonam Police Station, Thanjavur District.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Thanjavur, to consider the bail application of the Petitioner on the same day of its presentation on merits and in accordance with law with respect to Cr.No.640 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Thiruvonam Police Station, Thanjavur District. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the Petitioner has no previous case and the injured has discharged from the hospital.

4.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date of uploading this order in the website of this Court before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR 2/4

Court), Thanjavur. On such surrender and on filing of bail application by the Petitioner herein, the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Thanjavur, shall consider the bail application and pass appropriate orders as per law.
