: Respondent Prayer: This Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C. to call for the records relating to the order passed in Cr.M.P.No. 672/2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur, Virudhunagar District, dated 06.09.2022, in connection with Crime No.83/2022 on the file of the respondent police and set aside the same as illegal and consequently direct the trial Court to hand over the above said Motor cycle to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the impugned order, dated 06.09.2022, in Cr.M.P.No.672/2022, passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur, Virudhunagar District, which was filed for return of vehicle under Section 451 of Cr.P.C. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, on the side of prosecution, it is stated that the trial Court passed the impugned order, by dismissing the above petition, by observing that confiscation proceedings was initiated on 06.09.2022. In pursuance of above said proceedings, the alleged vehicle was confiscated by the competent Authority, as per order, dated 23.09.2022. In this regard, order was also delivered to the revision petitioner and the same was endorsed by the revision petitioner. 3.If the revision petitioner is aggrieved over the same, he can very well challenge the said confiscation proceedings, in the manner known to law. At this stage, there is no possibility for return of vehicle. 2/4

4.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed.
