ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to open his shop comprised in Survey No. 243/14 situated at Keeramangalam Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukottai District, by consider his representation, dated 05.10.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the first respondnet police has completed investigation and closed the same on 05.10.2019.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) , this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action.
