2. By the impugned proceedings dated 23.10.2018 and 08.11.2018, the first respondent issued notice calling upon the petitioners for enquiry.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are subsequent purchasers and they have purchased the lands after the completion of ten years. In the impugned proceedings, the first respondent has not stated about the details of violation of conditions committed by the assignees. Therefore, the impugned 2/5

proceedings are breft of particulars.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners further submits that during the pendency of these writ petitions, the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.22950 of 2018 died and therefore, his legal heirs are brought on record to contest the case.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the impugned proceedings are only notices issued by the first respondent, calling upon the petitioners for enquiry and the details of violations committed by the assignees would be informed to the petitioners during the enquiry. He also undertakes that the petitioners would be furnished the details of violation committed by the assignees.

6. In view of the said submissions, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to furnish the details of 3/5

violations committed by the assignees to the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to raise their objections, if any, during the course of enquiry. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
