Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarrified Mandamus, to call for the records pursuant to the 4th respondent's impugned order in his proceedings No.13452/Thaku4/2016, dated 11.08.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to extend the ordinary leave already granted by the 3rd respondent by his order dated 25.07.2016, which expires on 26.07.2016 for further period of one month on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.07.2016 to the petitioner's husband convicted prisoner namely C.Raja, S/o.Chelladurai and pass such further order of this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case.

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent vide his proceedings No.13452/Thaku4/2016, dated 11.08.2016 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to extend the ordinary leave already granted by the 3rd respondent by his order dated 25.07.2016, which expires on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.20254 of 2016 26.07.2016 for further period of one month on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.07.2016 to the petitioner's husband convicted prisoner namely C.Raja, S/o.Chelladurai. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that now almost four years have been lapsed and hence due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infrcutuous.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition is dismissed as infrcutuous. No Costs.
