The petitioner, a borrower of HDFC Bank, has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 and 4 and issue receipts accepting the 2/5
monthly premium towards her policy No.17456300 - HDFC SL Pro Growth Super II, by considering her representation dated 19.09.2016 and collect the monthly premium from her husband's Bank Account.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that the petitioner died.
3. The relief sought for in the writ petition is against the HDFC Bank, which is a private Bank. Since the petitioner is reported dead, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner's legal heirs to work out their remedy before the Consumer Court.
