This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in RCA No.9 of 2019 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Sub Court), Thoothukudi, dated 15.07.2022, confirming the fair and decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.48 of 2017 on the file of the Rent Controller, Principal District Munsif, Thoothukudi dated 20.08.2019. 2.A report was called for from the Rent Controller, Principal District Munsif, Thoothukudi and the same has been received which reads that in pursuance of the order passed in the main RCOP Petition, E.P.No.5 of 2023 was filed and the same was also terminated by effecting delivery on 27.02.2024.
