This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent, dated 12.08.2016 and to quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to sanction the pension, gratuity, provident fund and other retirement benefits to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the issue arises for consideration in this writ petition is already disposed of by the official respondents.
